We are not a medical institution, clinic, or therapeutic facility, and we do not offer treatments such as acupuncture, moxibustion, or Anma/Shiatsu massage.

Our salon operates on a cash-only basis.
We do not accept credit cards, electronic payments, or any other cashless payment methods.
♦️ Prohibited Activities and Restrictions
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our services.
Any abusive language, harassment, or coercion of sexual acts toward our staff is strictly prohibited.
Loud behavior or any actions that may disturb other customers or neighboring premises are not allowed.
Customers who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused service.
Soliciting our therapists for recruitment or scouting purposes is strictly forbidden.
Recording, filming, photographing, or any type of eavesdropping is strictly prohibited.
We cannot accept customers with heart disease, contagious diseases, or infections (such as athlete’s foot or sexually transmitted diseases).
Calls from payphones or with caller ID blocked will not be accepted.
If the therapist you requested is absent or delayed due to health or personal reasons, your session may be canceled or assigned to another available therapist.
If the requested therapist is unavailable, you may choose to cancel or proceed with a different therapist.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation. Even with notice, session time may be shortened accordingly.
Upon entering the room, you will be required to read and sign our terms of service. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service. Please note that the session fee will still be charged.
We strictly refuse service to minors, individuals in the same industry, gang affiliates, persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and individuals with tattoos.
Once you have entered the room, changing or canceling your selected therapist is not permitted.
If you arrive late due to personal circumstances, the session end time will remain unchanged.
Showering before the session and wearing the provided disposable underwear during the massage is mandatory.
We are not responsible for any skin reactions caused by massage oils. Bringing your own oil is not allowed.
Please manage your valuables personally. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
Sharing, showing, or discussing online posts or reviews with the therapist is prohibited.

Reservations are available 24/7 through our online booking form. We will contact you to confirm your reservation.
If your preferred time slot is unavailable online, please feel free to call us, as adjustments may be possible.
Cancellations made the day before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Failure to make payment will result in additional legal costs, including attorney fees.

In the event that legal action is required, all matters will be handled by our legal counsel.
